2025 Audi Q5 Sportback - design, features, engine, specs, mileage
New design
The Sportback version is very similar to the regular Q5 if the square shape of the SUV is let go. It is a more round version with a sloping roofline and a coupe-like rear design; making it less practical than the regular Audi Q5 as it has 58L less cargo space than it. Additionally, the front looks more or less similar to the new Q5. Audi has widened the front grille and changed its design pattern. The new LED headlights are also more stretched and look sharp.
The rear is interesting for sure as it gets a big connected LED light with a new bumper. Good news, Audi has now get rid of the fake exhaust tips on the Q5 Sportback.

The more sporty version of the regular Sportback is the SQ5. To differentiate it from the regular model Sportback, Audi has fitted different and more sporty alloy wheels, sporty highlights like brushed aluminum on the ORVMs, front grille, and aero dams on the front bumper. The SQ5 comes loaded with bigger wheels as well. However, it shares the same PPC architecture/platform as the regular Sportback. Just like the regular Sportback update, the SQ5 also gets a new front with sharp LED headlights and a new rear design.

On the inside, it gets a more sporty-looking cabin with piano black highlights and carbon fiber (obviously not authentic) touches around the panels. Features include a new dashboard, a new steering wheel, leather upholstery, etc. Wireless connectivity is now standard for the Q5 range along with the ADAS safety suite.

The SQ5 is powered by a more powerful 3.0L inline-six turbo-petrol engine. This engine churns out 362 hp and 550 Nm of peak power and torque output.
