2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S - engine, specs, performance updates
The biggest change that the new Carrera S gets is a 30 bhp more powerful motor. Its 3.0-liter flat-six turbo-petrol engine has been tuned with a highly optimized cooling system that makes 480 bhp as compared to the 450 bhp on the outgoing model. Additionally, it can now do 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds while reaching a top speed of 308 km/h.
Porsche has also used the bigger 408 mm front brake rotors and 308 mm rear brakes on the new Carrera S. Customers can also choose the optional ceramic brakes along with a sports suspension package that can lower the car by 10 mm for better performance.
Adding to the changes, the new Porsche 911 Carrera S gets the Porsche Torque Vectoring System as standard now. The hydraulic dampers have been further optimized to deliver a direct steering response.

2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S - design and feature updates
Porsche has not fiddled with the beautiful design of the Carrera S. However, subtle changes include bespoke alloy wheels with 20-inch and 21-inch wheel size options. The wider fender flares and the air intake dams are now identical to the 911 Turbo.
On the inside, the new Porsche 911 Carrera S features a standard leather upholstery. It is equipped with leather on the dashboard, door pads, and seat base; unlike the standard Carrera that doesn't get this treatment.
