2025 Zeekr 001 - new design, more features, added safety
The major update on the new model includes a stylish and futuristic design. The front of the new model has the iconic Zeekr LED DRLs with a stretched design. Moreover, the front bumper has been revised with the addition of the new LED headlamps.
The side profile includes frameless doors, flush-type door handles, and optional 21-inch and 22-inch alloy wheels for a clean look. The crossover coupe-like roof and the new connected LED taillights enhance its overall stylish outlook.
On the inside, Zeekr has revised the dashboard layout and the cabin's dual-tone leather theme. It gets premium Alcantara leather finishing on the dashboard and select panels inside the cabin. The steering wheel is also leather-wrapped with a premium finish.
In terms of technology advancements, Zeekr has equipped the 001 with a big 15.4-inch floating infotainment screen, an 8.8-inch digital cockpit with a head-up display, and a uniquely designed centre console with multiple utility spaces.
Additionally, it gets an 11-speaker YAMAHA music system and a 5.7-inch touchscreen for HVAC controls at the rear. Other smart features include a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, ambient lights, etc.
For enhanced passenger safety, it now gets a level 2 ADAS suite that has adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, front collision avoidance, and 7 airbags for protection of the passengers.

2025 Zeekr 001 - battery packs, range, specs, performance
Zeekr is offering the 001 with a single battery pack. However, customers can choose between RWD and AWD variants, as both options generate different power outputs and performance.
The RWD variant comes loaded with the 100 kWh battery pack that develops 272 bhp and 343 Nm of power and torque. Moreover, it can do 0-100 km/h in 7.2 seconds while offering a claimed range of up to 620 km per charge.
Meanwhile, the AWD variant comes loaded with two electric motors on both axles. This variant also uses the 100 kWh battery pack but it produces 544 bhp and 686 Nm of power and torque. 0-100 km/h comes in just 3.8 seconds while the total range stands at a claimed 580 km.
It also supports fast charging of up to 200 kW that can charge it from 0-80 per cent in just 30 minutes.

The new Zeekr 001 is available in three variants. The prices of these variants are as follows:
- Standard RWD - 265,500 SAR
- Premium AWD - 282,750 SAR
- Flagship AWD - 298,850 SAR
The above-mentioned prices are applicable to the Saudi Arabian car market without any taxes. Zeekr is also offering a standard warranty of 5-year/150,000 km on the car and 8-year/150,000 km on the battery and the electric motor.
