Ford Mustang Mach-E: design and features
Not long ago, Ford updated its electric Mustang moniker globally. The new 2025 Mustang Mach-E now gets a Sport Appearance Package for top-end trims, a new heat pump for better performance, ventilated seats on top models, a repositioned gear shifter on the column, Ford's connectivity package, and a BlueCruise 1.5 system. The Mustang Mach-E is a crossover cousin of the Mustang sportscar. While it looks like a true-blue SUV, its Mustang-identical design and chiseled panels do hint at the 'Mustang' appeal.
On the inside, the Mustang Mach-E gets a premium cabin layout with a huge 15.5-inch vertical touchscreen for infotainment. The instrument console is a relatively small digital screen. It also comes loaded with all sorts of wireless connected features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, etc. Moreover, it gets a big panoramic sunroof and dual-zone climate control system with rear AC vents, ventilated seats, electric seats, ambient lights, and more.
Safety-wise, the new Mustang Mach-E gets level 2 ADAS features including - adaptive cruise control, 360-degree parking assist, front collision avoidance, blind spot monitoring assist and intervention, lane keep assist and intervention, etc. For storage, it gets a total cargo capacity of 1,700L with a frunk cargo included.

Currently, Ford has not unveiled the crucial details like the battery capacity, electric motor, and drivetrain options, but, it has certainly revealed that the UAE market will get two range options in the range of 350-450 km. This means that Ford will also be offering the Mustang Mach-E with an FWD and an AWD option. In fact, the Mustang Mach-E is a quick EV as it can do 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. Meanwhile, the UAE-specific model is likely to get similar performance and power figures as the international model.

As the Mustang Mach-E will become the first pure EV from the brand in the UAE market, the pricing is still unknown. In a crucial market like the Emirates, Ford's aim is to target the audience with its aggressive performance and affordable pricing. Hence, we can safely assume that it will be launched in the range of AED 200,000 - AED 250,000 (excluding VAT).
