The electric Hyundai Creta is scheduled to launch in India first. India is a big market for Creta and it is the top-selling car in recent months. Later on, in 2025, Hyundai will introduce it in other prominent markets like the UAE.
The Creta EV will be based on the same platform as the current model. Although, it will receive minor changes to its design, including a new aerodynamic bumper, new alloy wheels, and a redesigned rear bumper.
The cabin design of the electric Creta will also be identical to that of the Hyundai Tucson. It will be equipped with top-notch wireless connected features like voice-assist commands, a panoramic sunroof, a connected display, and more.
Additionally, it'll get a three-spoke steering wheel and a drive mode selector mounted on the steering column. Other prominent features will include dual-zone climate control, ventilated and electric front seats, leather upholstery, ADAS safety features, and more.
