Polestar is known for its racing DNA and sleek designs. It has been associated with Volvo as well; creating special edition vehicles and performance-related enhancements. Thus, the Polestar 4 crossover itself has a unique and appealing design language. The sloping roof gives it a proper coupe SUV look, while the split LED DRLs and chiseled panels add to its aerodynamic appeal.

The side profile gets a prominent dual-tone alloy wheel design while the rear design packs a sportscar appeal with its slanting roof, an upright boot, and connected LED lights. The unique part is that it doesn't get a rear windshield. The rear view is monitored by a set of cameras and sensors which display it on the IRVM screen in the cabin. It is a tried and tested, safe, and unique feature of the Polestar 4.

The cabin design is also identical to its exteriors - simple and elegant. A light colour theme welcomes the passengers while its minimalistic dashboard gives an airy feel. It gets a three-spoke steering wheel, a digital console, and a big infotainment screen as prominent design highlights. The center console has a dial-type drive mode selector and the cabin has plenty of cubby holes as well. The huge cabin space has been designed to accommodate 4 passengers in utmost comfort.
