Porsche Taycan GTS and GTS Sport Turismo - what's new?
This new update is focused on enhancing Taycan's performance. The GTS and the GTS Sport Turismo now get 100bhp more power while using the launch control function; making 691bhp of total power. Additionally, there is a new 'push-to-pass' feature that can be used in the standard Sport Chrono mode; gives a 94bhp boost that lasts up to 10 seconds. This feature is going to be very useful for quick overtakes during normal driving conditions.
Another addition to the performance is the increased range. The new GTS models can do 628km on a single charge - which is 120km more than the outgoing models. Certainly, the power increase has enhanced the 0-100 km/h time by 0.4 seconds and 0-200 km/h by 1.6 seconds faster than the predecessor models.
Being a mid-life update means no major changes to the design and features. However, the GTS models now get carbon fiber sporty aprons on both bumpers. The ORVMs have also been blacked-out for a more sporty outlook. On the inside, the adaptive seats, GT steering wheels, and the colour theme have been carried forward from the GT Turbo model. The GTS now also gets a Sport Chrono switch for quick power boosts. For music lovers, the BOSE music system is now standard as well.

Porsche Taycan 4 - what's new?
On the base version of Taycan 4, the new changes include the introduction of an all-wheel drive system. The Taycan 4 can be brought in two battery options - Performance and Performance Plus. The Performance battery generates 408bhp while the Performance Plus generates 435bhp while using launch control. The claimed range of the new Taycan 4 stands at 643km.
Performance-wise, it can do 0-100 km/h 0.1 seconds faster than the rear-wheel drive version. Porsche has also added an adaptive air suspension and Porsche Traction Management assist on the new Taycan 4.
The visual changes on the Taycan 4 are similar to the GTS models. The sporty aprons and black ORVMs have brought a fresh flair of change to the outside design. Inside the cabin, a new sporty theme with GT Turbo adaptive race seats, enhances the sporty character of the new Taycan 4.

Porsche Taycan new models - UAE launch date and price
As of now, Porsche UAE has not confirmed when will the new Taycan models launch. But, our anticipation is that these models shall retail in the UAE market by the first quarter of 2025.
