These cars come with upto 6 months free base warranty, as well as a 7-day return policy.(except for cars driven <1000 km at the time of delivery).
There are 2 sub-segments within this category, to suit different types of user needs
  • CARS24 Prime - Best -in- Class Cars, <=10 years old and <=150 K Kms run, with no structural damage, and refurbished to the highest quality standards.
  • CARS24 Lite - Affordable Cars with relatively higher wear & tear, <=14 years old and <=220 K Kms run, refurbished to RTA standards.
Private Seller Segment consists or cars that are owned & advertised by private individuals on the CARS24 website, and they are not refurbished or maintained by CARS24.There is no free base warranty or return policy from CARS24 on these cars.
Within this segment, the cars with the ‘Private Seller PRO’ are available at the CARS24 hub for a quicker turnaround time, with no seller backout guaranteed, and the price is non-negotiable, while the ‘Private Seller’ cars will be available for a test drive at the seller’s premises, timelines for test drive & final sale will be dependent on seller availability, and the seller retains control over the car’s pricing.

You have the option to pay an 'Exclusive token' to exclusively reserve the car for yourself. Alternatively, you can choose a non-exclusive token, which allows you to proceed with the purchase process, but someone else may reserve the car in the meantime, leading to the auto-cancellation of your booking. Cancellation charges may be levied in case you do not proceed with the booking.
  • Final payment & delivery: After document verification and loan approval (if needed), proceed with the final balance payment . We will assist you with the paperwork so we can transfer the ownership to you. Your presence may be required at the RTA centre for registration. The car is then delivered to your home OR you can choose to pick it up from the CARS24 Hub. You now have a new car. Congratulations!
  • 7 day trial or full refund: While we’re sure that you will love the car, we give you 7 full days to drive it, test it to your heart’s content. Are all the cars certified by CARS24?

Is the price of the car negotiable?

You will not feel the need to negotiate at all. You’ll see, all the prices are reasonable and competitive.     Are all cars listed on the CARS24 Platform Refurbished?

    All CARS24 certified cars ( CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite) are refurbished at the CARS24 MRL (ESMA certified workshop & service centre),except cars highlighted as ‘brand new’, that are driven <1000 km

    Private Seller PRO cars are not refurbished at CARS24, but refurbishment options may be made available at an optional or request basis.

    Will the vehicle have brand-new tires?

    Not necessarily. As part of refurbishment for CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite), we replace the tyre if they do not meet the RTA approved passing standards on date of manufacture - to be within five years & tread depth - to be greater than 2 mm. All four tyres may be of different brands and minor pattern noise on drive is considered acceptable in line with the fair wear and tear of the tyres. Spare tyres do not have the age limit of five years provided they are road-worthy as per RTA standards.

    For Private Seller PRO cars, tires are not replaced beforehand per RTA standards. However, CARS24 will assist with replacements on a chargeable basis for RTA passing and registration.

    If a car has been repainted, does it mean it was involved in an accident?

    Not necessarily. As part of refurbishment, we undertake smart repainting to rectify scratches or dents of sizes exceeding our permissible standards to return the panel to its best condition.

    Are the cars repainted before they go on sale?

    After inspecting the CARS24 certified cars (CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite) cars on 150+ parameters, depending on what refurbishment is needed, we do whatever it takes to return it to its best condition! As a result, some of the body panels will undergo smart repainting.

    Does every car come with brand-new brake pads and discs?

    All CARS24 certified cars (CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite), are inspected on 150+ parameters, during which we check the brake pads and discs. The same will be replaced during refurbishment if the thickness is below the vehicle manufacturer's guidelines

    Are all cars accident free?

    Currently, there is no common online source to establish accident history nationally covering all emirates. We are unable to provide you with this information. We ensure that we do not buy any cars which have met with structural damage, and as part of our process for CARS24 certified cars (CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite), we re-inspect the vehicle thoroughly to ensure it is free from structural damage.

    What do you mean by "No structural damage / 100% cars pass the RTA test"?

    Structural damage refers to any damage to vehicle structural members such as, but not limited to chassis, body pillar frames, rear body member, rear body floor panel etc. Components such as front or rear bumper support / radiator cross member / fender apron panel are not considered as structural members and we confirm as part of our inspection process that damage to these components and consequent repairs have not impacted the structural integrity of the vehicle.

    Is my vehicle fully serviced?

    All the CARS24 Certified (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite) vehicles go through an inspection and the required periodic maintenance service is carried out. Service history is shared if provided by the previous owner with supporting evidence.

    What is done as part of the service? What does a full car service include?

    As part of periodic service for the CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite), we perform the following :
    • Replace the oil and filter.
    • Clean and adjust front and rear brakes and associated components
    • Confirm front and rear brake pads/ discs within manufacturer's specifications.
    • Inspect and tighten/ lubricate all front and rear suspension components.
    • Clean both Air and AC filter
    • Check and top up all fluids.
    • Read all diagnostic fault codes with onboard diagnostic systems and take appropriate action.
    CARS24 Lite Segment

    What is CARS24 Lite?

    These are a specific category of cars that have higher wear and tear; The performance of these cars and their maintenance requirements will hence be appropriate to their age and prior use. These include cars manufactured upto year 2010 and have a mileage up to 220,000 km. All these cars have been refurbished to RTA standards and are certified for road safety and fitness by the RTA.

    Why are CARS24 Lite cars priced lower than other cars on CARS24?

    These cars are priced affordably taking their age, mileage and previous usage history into account.

    Is there any warranty on CARS24 Lite segment?

    Yes. Every CARS24 Lite car comes with a free warranty of 1 month from the date of purchase.

    Is there any free return period on CARS24 LiteCars?

    Yes. CARS24’s standard 7 day free return period applies to this segment as well. Terms & Conditions of return are the same as that of CARS24 Prime cars.

    Can financing be availed on CARS24 Lite cars?

    • Available for a test drive at the seller’s premises

    What is a ‘Featured’ Listing?

    Featured listings are promoted listings.

    How does CARS24 verify these Private Sellers?

    Before the car is listed on the platform, CARS24 conducts a through 120+ checkpoint inspection of the car, that is visible for you on the listing page. At the same time, CARS24 also checks for a valid insurance, Mulkiya/ Hayaza and other necessary documents to ensure authenticity and eliminate any chances of fraud.

    Is the price of the Private Seller PRO cars negotiable?

    The pricing control for the other ‘Private Seller PRO’ cars is retained with the seller. Just make your best offer against the seller’s asking price (listing price) and the seller will review the same, either accepting, rejecting, or providing a counter offer.

    My offer was rejected by the seller. What do I do?

    You can make a counter offer, which is higher than your last offer and closer to the asking price of the seller (listing price). We will then send a notification to the seller to review and respond to the offer

    How can I take a Test Drive for Private Seller PRO cars?

    ‘Private Seller PRO’ cars are available for a test drive at the seller’s premises. Once you make an offer and your offer is accepted by the seller, you can proceed to book a test drive. The area details will be displayed, as you proceed to book a test drive, and the complete address & location details will be visible to you once the test drive is booked from your end. The seller will review and confirm the availability for test drive basis your offer and test drive slot preference. A CARS24 representative will contact you and go along with you to complete the test drive on the scheduled day.

    Why can’t I see an option to book a Test Drive for Private Seller PRO cars?

    For a ‘Private Seller PRO’ car, you will first need to make an offer, and only once the offer is accepted by the seller you will be able to book a test drive.

    My Test Drive is still awaiting confirmation from the Seller. What do I do?

    If the test drive slot is for the future, we would request you to please wait and allow sometime for the seller to review and confirm.
    If the test drive slot is in few hours or has already passed, you can reach out to us at our Support helpline 800 111 0900 to report the concern , and we will try to get back to you at the earliest. We would also encourage you to explore other similar cars parallely, in case we don’t get a positive response from the seller.

    Is there any warranty on Private Seller PRO Cars?

    Private Seller PRO cars don’t come with any CARS24 base warranty, however if there is manufacturer’s warranty available it will be shown on the listing detail page as per seller’s confirmation (buyers are encouraged to verify the details with the manufacturer).

    Is there any free return period on Private Seller PRO cars?

    No, the free turn policy is not applicable for the Private Seller PRO cars, as these cars are not owned, refurbished or maintained by CARS24.

    What are the Different Test Drive Options available for different cars?

    The following Test Drive Options are available for the different types of cars listed on the CARS24 platform.
    • CARS24 Prime cars - Both Home & Hub Test Drive Available
      • Home Test Drive- In Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, you can test drive the car at home.
      • Hub Test Drive- You can also test drive the car at a CARS24 hub in Dubai.
    • CARS24 Lite cars- are available for test drive only at the CARS24 Hub in Dubai
    • Private Seller PRO cars- are available for test drive only at the seller’s premises

    What is the difference between Home Test Drive and CARS24 Hub Test Drive?

    Home Test Drive
    CARS24 gives you the option to test drive a car without having to travel anywhere. For this, we charge a nominal fee. By paying this fee, you can schedule a Test Drive at your preferred location across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

    CARS24 Hub Test Drive
    In case you are not comfortable with the test drive fee, or you want to test drive multiple cars in one go, you can visit the CARS24 Hub in Dubai.
    Please note, you can only test drive cars which you have pre-booked on our app/site. Other cars which you see in our hub may not be available for you to test drive, as they may have been reserved by other customers.

    What cars can I book through Hub Test Drive?

    When you opt for a hub test drive, you can book all CARS24 Prime/ CARS24 Lite cars that are parked in the hub. However, you can still book home Test Drives for these cars as well if the option is available.

    What happens after I book a Home Test Drive?

    After booking a car for Home Test Drive, you can schedule a test drive from the app/site, choosing a time as per your convenience. After you have scheduled your test drive, our team will reach out to you to confirm the details, and clear any doubts or questions you may have. Please note that in Abu Dhabi, we will facilitate a home viewing of the car, instead of a test drive.

    What happens after I book a CARS24 Hub Test Drive?

    After selecting the car for CARS24 Hub Test Drive, you can schedule your visit to the hub in Dubai at a day and time of your choosing from the available options displayed on the app. Once you have scheduled your test drive, our team will reach out to you to confirm the details, and clear any doubts or questions you may have. On the scheduled date and time, you will need to visit the hub. We request you to be on time so that you get sufficient time to test drive your selected cars in the slot timing.

    I have booked multiple cars for the CARS24 Hub Test Drive? Do I have to visit the CARS24 Hub multiple times for my test drives?

    Based on availability, you can schedule upto 4 cars for test drive in the same time slot. This will help you in avoiding multiple visits, and you can try out multiple cars in one go!

    What happens after I book a Test Drive at Seller Premises for a Private Seller PRO Listing?

    The seller will review and confirm the availability for the test drive. Once confirmed, a CARS24 representative will contact you to coordinate for the test drive fulfilment on the scheduled day.

    I can’t make it on time for the test drive. Can I reschedule the test drive?

    Of course! In case you can’t make it for the test drive on the scheduled date or time, you can reschedule the test drive from the bookings section in your app and the steps. However, you will only be able to reschedule upto 5 hours before the test drive slot. If you miss this window, please cancel your existing booking and book once again. It’s that simple!

    What happens after the test drive is completed?

    Once you have completed the test drive for the car at your preferred location, you will need to pay the adjustable Token amount to reserve the car and proceed with the purchase process. Your relationship manager will guide you with the next steps, from documentation through to delivery. Please note that the same car can be test driven by multiple customers and the one who pays the token amount first will get the exclusive right to purchase the car.

    What is a token amount?

    Once you have completed your test drive, you will need to pay a token amount in order to proceed with the purchase of the selected car. This token amount is adjusted in your final payment, which occurs after document verification and loan approval (if needed). You'll only need to pay the remaining balance to finalize the deal.

    There are two types of tokens:
    a) Exclusive token:
    Once you pay an exclusive token, the car is exclusively reserved for you until you either purchase the car or the booking gets cancelled. No other customer will be offered a test drive or the opportunity to pay a token on this car. In case you choose to cancel your booking or let it expire, you will be charged a cancellation fee and the rest of the token will be refunded to you in the form of a coupon that you can apply on your next booking with us (valid until 90 days from coupon issuance date).

    b) Non Exclusive token:
    If you choose to pay a non-exclusive token, you will be able to move forward with your purchase journey, but the car is not exclusively reserved for you; it will continue to be available for other customers to test drive and pay a token. In case another customer pays an exclusive token on your selected car, your booking will be “auto-cancelled” and the car will be reserved for the other customer.
    In case of an auto cancellation, the entire token amount paid by you will be automatically refunded. However, if you choose to cancel your booking or let it expire, your token amount will be held back as a cancellation charge.

    Will I be able to complete my purchase with a non- exclusive token?

    In case you are purchasing the car without a loan, the car will get exclusively reserved for you once you complete the final balance payment, even if you have only paid a non exclusive token.

    If you are purchasing a car through a loan, the car will get exclusively reserved for you when we receive the loan approval for your application.

    If we receive an exclusive token for your selected car (or any other customer meets the above criteria) before you meet the above criteria, your booking will be auto cancelled.
    Payment and Financing

    What is the minimum loan amount I can apply for?

    Most of the banks have a minimum loan amount of AED 2500/- However the minimum loan amount offered by DIB is AED 15000/-.

    How and when do I pay for the car transaction?

    CARS24 transactions are done completely online. You can make the payment through bank transfer, cheque, debit card, or credit card.

    What is DBR?

    DBR is Debt Burden Ratio and is used to measure an individual’s ability to manage monthly payments and repay debts. It is calculated by dividing the total recurring monthly instalments by fixed monthly income, and it is expressed as a percentage. DBR is capped at 50% by the Central Bank of the UAE.

    What is the loan tenure?

    Loan tenure is the term of the loan. The maximum loan tenure offered by banks is 5 years or 60 months. Cars that are older than 7 years will get less than 60 months of auto loan. Our EMI calculator will help you with the maximum tenure available for each car.

    Can I get my CARS24 purchase financed?

    Yes! CARS24 will assist you with finance options for your car purchase through our partnered banks and other financial providers. Our Relationship Manager will coordinate with you post-booking and assist in applying for finance on your behalf. Do note however, financing approval depends on the banks' terms and conditions as well as your loan eligibility.

    What are the documents required to avail a loan?

    The bank will require the following types of documents for processing your loan:
    Identity documents: Passport / Emirates ID/ Visa / Family Book for UAE nationals.
    Income documents – Salary Certificates/ Bank Statement/ Audited financials (for self-employed individuals)

    What are the applicable charges while availing the loan?

    Every bank and type of loan will have different charges on availing the loan. However, a processing fee is payable across all banks, which will be 1.05% of the loan amount or 500 AED whichever is higher.

    What is the maximum loan amount I can apply for?

    The maximum loan amount that can be applied for is AED 5,00,000/-. This amount will also vary depending on the individual eligibility of the applicant.

    What is the interest rate?

    Interest rate is a rate that the bank charges on the loan availed by the customer, and is calculated on the full original loan amount for the whole term without taking into consideration the periodic payments. In other words, interest is charged on the full amount of the loan throughout its loan tenure.

    It sure does! A third party cover can be opted for only if you have selected Full payment as your payment method. In case you change your payment mode to Financing, you will accordingly need to change the insurance plan to a comprehensive plan.     Can I change my insurance plan that I initially selected at a later stage?

    You will be able to change the insurance plan that you selected only until the required documents have been verified. As soon as the documents are verified, your selected insurance plan becomes a part of the loan application (in financing cases) and the insurer starts processing your selection so that your car is insured by the time it is delivered (in full payment cases), and hence it will not be possible to change the plan post this stage.     When do I need to pay for the insurance policy?

    You will be asked to make the payment for your chosen insurance policy to the insurance broker directly via a separate payment link at the same time when making the (full or down) payment of the car to CARS24.     How many claims per policy are covered under this?

    The total claim under ILOE cannot exceed 6 EMIs or 6 monthly payouts. For example, if the purchase is for 24 months of ILOE, and after 180 days of employment, the individual is out of employment and remains unemployed for 2 months before finding another employment, in this case, ILOE will cover for the 2 months of EMI and 4 months will be the balance left for the remainder of the duration. Now, before raising a second claim on this policy, there must be continuous employment for 180 days before another claim on the balance of 4 months of EMI/payout is raised.

    We understand that buying a car is an important decision. That is why when you're buying a CARS24 Certified car (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite) from CARS24, it’s ok to change your mind. If you don't like the car in 7 days, return it and get a 100% refund of the car value (excluding convenience fee), just like anything else you order online. However, few deductions/ charges may apply, related to but not limited to - any value added services already done, registration and de-registration charges, bank charges, insurance policy cancellation charges, convenience fee or service charges of any kind.

    The seven (7) days return policy is only applicable for cars with > 1000 KM odometer value at the time of delivery. Cars not meeting this condition shall not be eligible for any return or refund.

    This Return policy is not applicable for Private Seller PRO & Private Seller Cars, as these are not owned, refurbished or maintained by CARS24.

    How does the 7-Day Trial work?

    • Once you get your car, you can test-own it for up to a week. Test drive it in different ways, see if your family fits in it comfortably, load up the boot with luggage or shopping. Basically, do whatever it takes to check that this is the perfect car for you. But be careful, ensure that it remains in the same condition that it was delivered to you in.
    • If you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply email us (care.uae@cars24.com) within 7 days of your delivery date.

    • The vehicle has been examined and repaired by a third party/mechanic post-delivery and before returning it to CARS24
    • There is any change(s) initiated in the vehicle by any such external party
    • There are issues observed in the vehicle due to negligent driving by the Buyer

    Can I choose to buy another car after I return my car under the 7-Day Trial?

    Yes, of course! You can choose to buy another car from CARS24 - and we would love to deliver it to you, and you don’t even need to wait until one return is complete to reserve another. However, in the interest of fairness for our community, you can return only 3 cars for a full refund under the easy return policy.

    What if there is an item or an accessory missing at the time of return pick-up?

    If there’s any change in the vehicle’s condition at the time, or an accessory or a missing part compared to the checklist you signed during purchase, that amount will be deducted from the car value and the rest refunded. This amount will be decided by our technical team.

    I availed a loan to purchase the car, will I be eligible for the refund of the processing fee if I return the car under the 7 day return policy?

    If you have gotten your car financed, the bank loan processing fee will not be refunded. Additionally, the bank might also levy early settlement charges, which we will settle from the final refund amount.

    If I return the car under the 7 day return policy, will I get a refund of the registration fee?

    Registration fee is non-refundable as the cost of the services has already been incurred. Additionally, you will be required to pay a fee for de-registration of the car from your name, which we will settle from the final refund amount.

    I availed value added services with the purchase of the car, will I be eligible for the refund of all value added services if I return the car under the 7 day return policy?

    Value added services like extended warranty or service contracts are fully refundable, however any value added services where the work has already been done on the car and the resources have been consumed, (for example- tinting, coating, document handling charges, convenience fee or service charges of any kind, or any paid refurbishment tasks) are not refundable.

    I have purchased insurance for the car I bought from CARS24, will I be eligible for the refund of the insurance if I return the car under the 7 day return policy?

    The insurance provider may deduct a part of the amount you paid for insurance and refund the rest, in accordance with their policies.
    For insurance purchased through CARS24's partners, we will handle the insurance cancellation on your behalf after the vehicle de-registration. The insurance provider will then initiate a refund, considering any applicable deductions in line with their policies.

    What if I face an issue with my car after the 7 day trial period?

    That’s a good question! We’ve taken utmost care to make sure that this will not be the case - each car listed on the platform goes through rigorous testing and inspection. In any case, you don’t need to worry - all our cars come with a complimentary service warranty of upto 6 months or 10,000 Kms, whichever comes earlier, so you can get it repaired from our authorized partners.     What is a lock-in period?

    The CARS24 subscription plan comes with a 12-month lock-in period. Cancellation before the lock-in period would lead to cancellation charges. Refer to detailed terms and conditions for more information.

    What if I miss a subscription payment?

    In case a monthly payment is not successful due to any reason, the customer would have 7 days to re-initiate the payment. After 7 days, the customer's subscription would be put on hold until 15 days. Post that, cancellation would be initiated, and cancellation charges would be recovered from the customer.

    What is the process to enrol for the CARS24 Care subscription?

    The process to enrol is very simple. Through the app, you select the plan, initiate payment, and submit car details & documents. Post that our team will verify the documents and activate the subscription. Here's the detailed process:
    1. Select the Plan: Choose one of the available subscription plans.
    2. Enter Car Details: After selecting the plan, provide details about your car, including make, model, year, odometer reading, GCC specification, and emirate, to unlock the plan price specific to your car.
    3. Complete Payment: Proceed with the payment for the selected plan. This will include the first instalment and a one-time onboarding fee.
    4. Submit Documents: Once payment is complete, submit additional required documents (please refer to the list of required documents). The Cars24 team will coordinate to collect documents. Please note, that the subscription service will not be activated until the documents are uploaded and verified.
      1. Documents required are Car mulkiya, car registration, and insurance details
    5. Verification: Our backend team will verify the details and documents submitted by you. This should take between 1-2 business days.
    6. Car Inspection: For the Advanced Care plan, a car inspection is necessary. Once the user submits the documents, the relationship manager coordinates with the customer to finalise the type of inspection and date-time of inspection. Customers can choose from either a doorstep inspection or a full inspection. The complete inspection should happen within 3-5 working days of subscription payment.
    7. Subscription Activation: After successful document verification and inspection (if applicable), our team will activate your subscription.
    8. Start Availing Services: Once activated, you can start using the services based on the availability and eligibility of the service.

    How does the inspection type affect my care plan?

    The customer can choose between a doorstep inspection or a full inspection. Details for both are below:

    What if my documents or inspection report are not approved?

    If any of the documents are not approved, you can re-submit the document(s) and once verified, the subscription would be activated.

    If post inspection the car is not approved for warranty coverage, you will not be able to continue with the Advanced care plan.

    However,

    • you can proceed with the essential care plan, without warranty coverage. In this case, the price difference will be refunded to your bank account or will be adjusted in your second instalment payment, and your subscription plan will be activated. If you do not wish to proceed with the Essential Care plan, we will issue a full refund for the amount you paid. Refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your bank account once initiated.
    • Or you can undergo the recommended repairs during the inspection to avail the subscription.

    In case of inspection rejection, your one-time enrollment fee and first payment will be refunded.

    Why is an inspection required?

    1. The inspection helps assess the current condition of the vehicle. This ensures that there are no existing issues or damages that could affect the vehicle's performance or safety.
    2. The inspection verifies that the vehicle has been properly maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines. This is crucial because improper maintenance can lead to premature wear and tear or significant damage which will not be part of the warranty.
    3. It identifies any pre-existing issues that should be addressed before the warranty is issued. This prevents the warranty provider from being liable for problems that existed before the warranty coverage began.
    4. Ensuring that the vehicle meets the specific terms and conditions required for warranty coverage. This might include checks on mileage, age of the vehicle, and other criteria.

    How much does a subscription cost?

    The subscription cost has two components: Enrollment fee and monthly subscription fee. The exact pricing would depend on your car make, model, year, specs, etc.

    What documents and details do I need to submit to enrol for a subscription?

    The car-related details and documents would be needed to activate the subscription. Details include odometer readings, car purchase and maintenance details, car registration documents, and insurance details.

    What are the different stages of a subscription plan?

    Different Status of Subscription Plan
    • Inactive: This means that the plan has been purchased but not activated. Once all the documents are uploaded and the car inspection is done (for the advanced care plan), our backend team verifies the details and activates the plan.
    • Active: The subscription is active and you can avail the eligible and available services.
    • Paused: You have missed the monthly payment for the plan. (Duration in paused state would be counted towards overall 24-month duration of subscription)
    • Cancelled: Subscription has been cancelled.

    How can I manage my monthly payments? How will the monthly payments be debited?

    Your monthly payments towards the subscription will be auto-debited from the first payment mode that you select. In case of any payment failure, the Cars24 team will get in touch to re-authorize the monthly payments.

    What does the extended warranty cover?

    What is the validity of Warranty coverage?

    Cars24 Advanced care plan offers a warranty with the following validity conditions:
    1. The subscription is active, and
    2. Car mileage is 120k or lower at the time of claim, and
    3. Mileage from subscription activation date is <40k Kms
    Subscription should be in active state to avail the claim.

    I sold the vehicle I bought from CARS24 to my friend. Can he also avail of this warranty?

    The warranty provided with CARS24 is non-transferable. It also gets void in case the vehicle is exported out of the country or is used as a commercial vehicle. The detailed terms and conditions will be mentioned in our warranty booklet.

    What is the cooling-off period?

    The cooling-off period is a time duration in which you cannot make any warranty claim after the service enrollment.

    For cars where doorstep inspection was opted, cooling-off period will be 90 days or 5000 Kms whichever is later.

    Are there any limits on the claims?

    Claim limits depend on the type of inspection you choose. If you chose full inspection, claims up to AED 25000 are covered under warranty.     What is covered under registration renewal support?

    The CARS24 subscription plan enables you to get registered from the comfort of your home without worrying about anything. CARS24 registration support includes:
    • Pickup and drop for registration renewal to be included. Renewal test and registration fee to be borne by the customer.
    • Insurance renewal support, at the best rates, through our dedicated insurance partners. CARS24 will only support an insurance renewal—the actual insurance cost is to be paid by the customer.
    • Post the above two steps,
      • Dubai:
        • The customer needs to visit the RTA website, go to the vehicle-renewal section.
        • Pay the RTA fee online and register the vehicle.
      • Other emirates:
        • Abu Dhabi: Post the renewal test, visit the TAMM website and complete the renewal process.
        • Sharjah: Visit the MOI website to complete the registration.

    What is not covered under registration renewal support?

    The subscription does not include RTA renewal & insurance renewal charges. The RTA renewal fees has to be paid by the customer on the RTA website.
